1. Worked as project leader, or participated as project member to complete probable SUECS industrial business, technical or engineering project tasks;

2. Provide normal or instant technical supporting service to specific industry clients;

3. Carry out due SCS Accreditation Audit to due companies, and provide Tailored for Fit Training Program for improvement accordingly.

4. Provide possible assisting or supporting works to SUECS Market or Customer Activities.

Notes: Independent SME person will normally be rewarded by their project contribution or compensated by project task situationally.

-Mainly develop training to new people

System SME Representative

System SME Representative or Mentorship, who can come from experienced industrial leaders or professional veteran, will provide coaching and training to new SME persons in practice and ensure them growing and developing continuously. Some responsibilities are included but not limited to:

1. As experienced mentor, who may give practical coaching or guidance to some professional manager who is meeting real challenges at their present jobs.

2. Together make career capability developing plan with potential SME talents and arrange series of enhancing training.

3. Responsible of SME Subject Talent Team-building in order to enhance sustainable SUECS business development.

Notes: System SME Person will be rewarded by their SME group business contribution and compensated by SUECS Long-term motivation & protection programme.

Regional SME Representative

Regional SME Representative or Agent, who can be personal or company organisation to represent SUECS to handle local customer voices or conduct due market works, such as:

1.  Response to local customer needs or voices firstly;

2. Provide necessary supporting service to local customer work upon due business plan or project management;

3. Carry out local promotion and distribution service to SCS Accredited Products, and provide probable guide/training on installation or application.

4. Summon for local SUECS Weekend Activities, or plan & organize SCS Conference Meetings at local region area.

5. Find up local SCS Accredited Products Show Hall or search for SUECS Regional Center;

6. Join at SUECS Weekly Meeting and report due related activities progress.
