New Year Message from SUECS Industrial Technology 2025
Dear Industrial friends！
As coming of New Year 2025, we would like to express our sincere wishes to everyone for Happy New Year! In pasting year of 2024, our SUECS Industrial Technology have also made lots of progress and achieved many achievements in all industry business. Our traditional business of SCS@B solution service is continuously contributing its major income, and others have won good development as well with balance. In order to give our SME people and other friends a clear picture, it will clarify and summarize as THREE Major Solution Services and SEVEN SCS Accredited Supportive Systems.
Three Major SUECS Solution Services
Industrial Engineering Projects: This is our major traditional business which always give us important income flow contribution as most clients may not have enough experience or manpower on occasional project management (many may not find out once project ten years). Except of our continuous strong performance on Biopharma & Foods plants, in 2024 we have aslo found large customer needs growth on multi-site contractor management & remote supply process supervision at different country locations especially from Used Process Units or Production Line Relocating Projects, such as Used Chemical Process Units or 2nd-hand Steel & Paper/Fiber Mill Production Relocating Projects. At same time, we have acquired good increase on Automotive and New Energy Industries. Meanwhile, we had give lots of technology R&D supports on new chemical PFD process study and pilot verification projects.
In 2025, we will continue to follow up our defined project service strategy, i.e to service with all our best efforts to existing customers and increase their project scope and win new client' long-term trusts by solid step behaviour (even on every minor needs).
Plant Operational Excellence：In 2024, we had provided much more unplanned spare parts, minor materials supply or manpower supports to plant temporary Operation & urgent MRO needs, such as gas turbine parts, heavy-load electrical power and control devices, and unusual mechanical components and others. We have also received more and more overall contracting inquiry on industry auxiliary facilities & utilities such as Waste Water, Power Distribution, Steam Boiler, and Hygiene PCO Control whatever, and requests for training on Quality and Safety Improvement in order to catch up with Customer Audit or New Regulation Requirements.
In 2025, we will improve our SCS Accredited Long-term Cooperating Supports with more company groups. This will not only save time wasting on case by case talking & review but also can improve both systemic response plan & efficiencies.
Market, Customer & Supply： In view of current market segments, top global brands occupied high-end customer, 2nd & middle fighting against each other by cost-cutting prices, others struggling with various less-quality tactics, our SCS Accreditation Programme has supported and helped all different customers greatly. Although top international companies , they have strong market position and technology background, but provided with less or little local supports especially to small users, and their service cost normally terrible high! For 2nd or 3rd-liar Companies, they normally can provide good quality products which may not match up with customer real needs as mostly they cannot understand user system condition very well. As of other small companies, it will meet more challenges on off-specification or no-quality problem due to fierce price fighting.
Global SME Professional Network：after 20 years of consistent efforts it finds 8,000 more people distributed worldwidely by our SME professional network. In order to catch up with new situation, we have found up one specific committee to lead and guide due communication and assessment works.
SCS Accredited Products：Except of our traditional SCS Accredited Products Market, we will speed up of introducing new emerging markets such as India, Vietnam and Africa products too, and also include SCS Gift Products into our SCS Accredited Product Business.
SCS Accreditation Programme：Currently we find promising grow in whole used equipment product line relocation business. Normally it will need intensive supports on technical compatibility and restarting operation, and our SME specialists are contributing their great experience and value accordingly.
Marketing & Customer：We will restart our SUECS Regional Center Programme which had been impacted by Covid-19 period in order to improve our SCS Accredited Distribution and Service Capabilities. We welcome more companies or organisations to consult more on each cooperating plan.
Corporate Culture Development：We are continuing to push on with Series of Corporate Cultural Excellence Strategy Training Programme, and also enhance Entrepreneurship Psychology Health Consulting and Industrial Activities Gifts Business similarly.
Investing Development: In recent years we are strengthening to invest and build more SUECS Regional Centers especially in Africa, Middle East and SEA regions in order to catch up with the loss from Covid-19 period. Meanwhile, we will improve to attract and raise more health social funds to invest promising projects from SCS@R Accredited Companies and acquire high potential primitive techniques.
Cooperating & Collaboration：We do regard all collaborated partners as our treasured fortune and respect their laborious paid-out! Similar we will ask all our SCS Accredited Partners to pay for "Value" instead of "Price"! Only one can do limited, primitive mixing groups may produce confusion, but all SCS Accredited Clusters can create new history.
